HOA Signage and Enforcement:
The Association is committed to maintaining the safety, appearance, and orderly operation of the community through consistent enforcement of all posted signs, rules and regulations. For the safety of all residents and guests, swimming is strictly prohibited in all ponds, lakes, and waterways on the property. These areas may contain wildlife, including alligators and other potentially dangerous animals. Alligators can be unpredictable and may be present in or near the water at any time. Please stay a safe distance from the water’s edge, supervise children and pets at all times, and do not feed or approach wildlife. By entering the property, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with natural wildlife and water hazards. Failure to comply with posted signs may result in enforcement action by the Association and/or the Sarasota County police department. The Association reserves the right to issue written warnings, assess fines, and pursue any additional remedies under the Association’s governing documents, and applicable County and State law. Residents are responsible for ensuring that their family members, guests, tenants, and invitees comply with all posted signs and community rules.
Jacaranda EcoPark:
Come out and visit your EcoPark, located just a block or so north of Indian Hills Boulevard on the left side of Jacaranda Boulevard as you travel towards I-75. Parking: Lot on Indian Hills Blvd., 2 blocks east of Jacaranda Blvd. on right side.Please do not park on Jacaranda Blvd.
VIP visit to our EcoPark on April 11, 2026.
Rotary world President-elect Yinka Babalola is planning to visit our HOA’s EcoPark at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11th. We will be honoring the support of Sarasota Bay Rotary Club in providing funds, equipment, volunteer hours and more. Everyone is welcome to join us at the EcoPark to listen to President-elect Babalola’s short remarks as he presents us with a ceremonial tree.
