ARC meetings take place on the second Wednesday of each month at 9:30 AM via Zoom. ARC requests must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the meeting.
HOA Signage and Enforcement:
The Association is committed to maintaining the safety, appearance, and orderly operation of the community through consistent enforcement of all posted signs, rules and regulations. For the safety of all residents and guests, swimming is strictly prohibited in all ponds, lakes, and waterways on the property. These areas may contain wildlife, including alligators and other potentially dangerous animals. Alligators can be unpredictable and may be present in or near the water at any time. Please stay a safe distance from the water’s edge, supervise children and pets at all times, and do not feed or approach wildlife. By entering the property, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with natural wildlife and water hazards. Failure to comply with posted signs may result in enforcement action by the Association and/or the Sarasota County police department. The Association reserves the right to issue written warnings, assess fines, and pursue any additional remedies under the Association’s governing documents, and applicable County and State law. Residents are responsible for ensuring that their family members, guests, tenants, and invitees comply with all posted signs and community rules.
Jacaranda EcoPark:
Come out and visit your EcoPark, located just a block or so north of Indian Hills Boulevard on the west side of Jacaranda Boulevard as you travel towards I-75. Parking: public lot on Indian Hills Blvd., 2 blocks east of Jacaranda Blvd. on right side.Please do not park on Jacaranda Blvd.
Help Us Improve the EcoPark
With the support of our community, we are planning to install a garden shed to safely store gardening tools and help protect the irrigation pump from the elements, extending its lifespan.

We will also need volunteers to help assemble and maintain the shed. As of July 2026, the shed installation is temporarily paused to ensure hurricane resistant features are put into place. Additional details will be announced on this page soon.

VIP visit to our EcoPark: Rotary world President-elect Yinka Babalola visited HOA’s EcoPark on Saturday, April 11, 2026. We honored the support of Sarasota Bay Rotary Club in providing funds, equipment, volunteer hours and more. President-elect Babalola’s presented us with a ceremonial tree.
“Extreme” Water Shortage throughout Sarasota County Restrictions in effect April 3 through October 1, 2026 Southwest Florida received significantly below average rainfall during its 2025 summer rainy season. The regional rainfall deficit for this March was at a low of 12.8 inches compared to the average 12-month total. Water levels in the area’s resources — aquifers, rivers and lakes — are continuing to decline and many are severely depleted. The visibly low levels of our community’s waterways are a dramatic visual reminder that they are stormwater retention ponds, key aids to controlling flooding after heavy rains but totally dependent on adequate rainfall to maintain minimal levels. Because our public water supplies are extremely low for this time of year, we have a shared responsibility to conserve the limited supplies. NOTE: Lawn and landscape watering remains limited to a once-per-week schedule.
Specifics: District Water Restrictions | WaterMatters.org Conservation and Enforcement Water utilities and other local enforcement officials must increase their enforcement efforts, including responding to citizen complaints, and monitoring water use through patrols or customer records. Starting 14 days after the effective date of this water shortage order, utilities and other local enforcement officials are to issue citations first without issuing a warning.
